Is there a minimum commitment duration for rental?

The minimum period is 1 month. If you need it for a longer duration, you can continue to pay the same rental charges each month and renew the subscription.

How do I make a booking?

Call or WhatsApp us with your pickup date and time. The document verification process will be completed from our end. Pay the rental charges for a month to confirm the booking. You can then pick up the vehicle on the selected date and time.

How can I extend the booking beyond a month?

Our team will reach out to you 5 days before the end of the rental period. If you would like to extend the duration by a month, you can make the payment for the next month and confirm your extension.

Who will maintain the vehicles?

We will be responsible for the regular maintenance of the vehicles. We will coordinate with you for the service date. On that day, you need to drop off the vehicle at our warehouse for servicing.

Is Fuel Included in the cost?

No, fuel is not included in the cost. You need to refuel the vehicle. However, we do not have any km usage limits.

What is the km usage included?

We understand that your monthly usage may be higher, so we have included 3000 km of usage per month, for your convenience
